Talk Therapy

I am qualified in a level 4 of counselling and psychotherapy, and for clients who come for self care, I also offer the chance to book one off or regular talk therapy sessions. These can be long term or just to help you through tougher times.

I specialise in relationships, breakups, low moods, mild anxiety, setting boundaries, support with grief, helping your through life changing events and general life support. These sessions can be weekly, monthly or fortnightly.

I am registered with the ACCPH and follow their codes of conduct.

​

At the moment my talk therapy sessions are only for those who I have seen for self care (massage, facials or mindfulness sessions), have attended previously, or if you have a friend or relative who attends and  has recommended me to you.
